July Market Stats for Home Sales in Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan Area
My Association has analyzed the listings and sales for the month of JULY and discovered the following for the Greater Grand Rapids
Metropolitan Area:
· Months of available inventory: 1.5
· Average days on market for single family homes (pending sales): 23
· Average days on market for multi-family homes (pending sales): 19
· Average days on market for vacant land (pending sales): 85
· Average sale price (single family homes, closed sales): $240,848 – This is an 7.5% increase over the same period last year.
· For purposes of these stats, the Greater Grand Rapids Metropolitan Area represents Kent County, Georgetown and Jamestown Townships in SE Ottawa County, Ionia County, the 6 Townships in NE Allegan County, and the N half of Barry County (including all of Gun Lake).
